About Me

I grew up in a small town in eastern Iowa and now live in Tampa. As well as being an artist I also love to read. My desires to bring my favorite stories to life as well as create my own are why I became an animator. I have a passion for visual storytelling no matter the medium. 

My favorite themes to work with are animals and fantasy, and I'm inspired by the works of Miyazaki, Disney, and Tolkien. I do most of my work in Adobe Photoshop and Animate. I also enjoy working traditionally and use Copic markers and Prismacolor pencils. My goal as an artist is to bring the images I see in my head to life to entertain others.
